Future Wellness Group was founded by Phil Learney, and works with hotel and resort developers, elite sport, private clubs, investors and the manufacturers who want their equipment tested properly.

Twenty-five years in performance coaching and education, working with elite athletes, coaches and the operators who build the facilities they train in. The consistent finding across that period is that the wellness market sells outcomes it cannot measure, and that the buyer is rarely given the four things needed to test a claim.

The practice was built to supply those four things, and to keep supplying them after the handover photographs have been taken.
