A public record of what equipment actually claims
Suppliers declare the parameters of a product against a published category standard. The declaration is checked, tiered and entered on the register under the company's own name. Cold water immersion is open first.

A certificate states what the manufacturer declared, what was checked, and by whom. It is not a claim that Future Wellness Group measured the equipment.
Every category carries a published data request and a verification method. The data request asks for the parameter, the unit, and the instrument or calculation behind each figure. The verification method sets out what is measured, to what tolerance, and what a report must contain, so any competent contractor or accredited laboratory can execute it.
Assessment is free of charge during the 2026 launch. The data request is issued by invitation while the first categories are established, so that the register is built from products the practice already has a reason to look at.
A tier is a statement about how far a claim has been tested, not a grade for the product. A modest unit with independent measurement stands higher on the register than a premium one without.
An operator specifying equipment should be able to see which claims were tested, and which were only made.
No certificates have been issued yet. The first entries will appear here as records are assessed.
A withdrawn certificate stays listed and is marked withdrawn, so an operator who specified equipment on the strength of it can establish that it no longer stands.
Where a certificate is issued, the published entry states the company name, the product or model name, the category, the tier reached and the date of issue. Nothing further is published. Declared figures, calculations, drawings and test reports remain confidential to the assessment and are not disclosed to third parties, including other applicants. A record that does not result in a certificate is not published in any form, and its existence is not disclosed.
Records are retained for six years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. A supplier may withdraw a record at any time by writing to diligence@futurewellness.uk. Withdrawal ends the assessment and, where a certificate has been issued, removes the published entry within ten working days.
One record per model, in about forty minutes
Have the invitation code, the specification sheet, the filtration and ventilation calculations and any test reports to hand. Figures can be withheld and the record still submits; the withholding is recorded on it.
